Conclusion of Pirate Jam 15
With the results of the game jam out, Pirate Jam 15 is officially over!
This marks the first time I have participated in a game jam, and the second time I have completed a game project.
Overall, I am very happy with the results. I managed to code in everything I could think of during the jam. I am glad that no bugs were found and that this game was able to provide a decent experience for the judges.
I have many more ideas for Shadowstepper and I am looking forward to expanding this game further. I think the game mechanics (shooting elemental orbs mid-air to combine them, hiding in the shadows) have potential and I want to work towards improving them.
I will label this completed project as the "Game Jam Version" as I am planning to continue working on an improved version of Shadowstepper in the future. However, I will be working on other projects before coming back. So stay tuned :)
